Eligibility criteria
- Minimum graduate
- Basic English understanding to read forms and understand hospital/doctor instructions.
- Fluent in Hindi or local language
- Own two-wheeler or vehicle preferred
- Valid driving license if using vehicle
- Smartphone with WhatsApp and internet
- Aadhaar and PAN required
- Police verification required
- Patient, respectful, calm, and family-friendly communication
- Comfortable with hospital visits, bank/government office visits, errands, companionship, and family updates
- Must complete KareTribe training before starting
Companion Support Partners do not diagnose, prescribe, or perform nursing or other clinical procedures. Healthcare at Home roles require the appropriate professional qualifications and are assigned separately.
