Yes. KareTribe provides companionship services in Gurgaon, also known as Gurugram, subject to the requested location, timing, scope, and Support Partner availability.
Yes. A KareTribe Support Partner can accompany a parent to a hospital or clinic, help coordinate the appointment, collect reports or medicines, and share an agreed family update. Support Partners do not provide treatment or interpret medical advice.
Yes, subject to availability. A non-clinical KareTribe companion can provide hospital day-care accompaniment for cataract procedures or day-care eye surgery, dialysis sessions, chemotherapy visits, and other scheduled procedures. The companion can help with coordination, waiting, document or report handling, and authorised family updates, but does not provide treatment, clinical care, medical procedures, or medical interpretation.
Families can arrange companionship, regular home check-ins, walks, appointments, hospital visits, errands, medicine pickup, and agreed updates for an elderly parent living alone. Each visit is planned to preserve the parent’s choices and independence.
No. A companion provides company, accompaniment, and agreed practical assistance. Personal caregiving such as bathing, toileting, lifting, or heavy physical care is outside a KareTribe Support Partner’s role, as are nursing and other clinical procedures.
Yes. Families can arrange scheduled home check-ins with an agreed purpose, such as companionship, a practical task, or a simple visit update for an authorised family member. Availability depends on location and timing.
KareTribe accepts enquiries for selected doctor visits and eligible nursing procedures at home. Clinical services are delivered separately only by appropriately qualified healthcare professionals and depend on location, professional availability, the patient’s condition, and clinical suitability.
₹349/hour for the first 2 hours (minimum booking). Additional time during the same visit is ₹299/hour. Monthly plans are also available for recurring companionship, check-ins, and family updates. Travel and third-party expenses may be additional.
No. KareTribe supports seniors, people living alone, persons with disabilities, and other adults who need companionship, accompaniment, home check-ins, or help with agreed everyday tasks.
Listening Companion is a non-clinical service for someone who wants to talk, share, vent, or simply have a respectful conversation without judgment.
Yes. Listening Companion can be requested by voice call or video call. In-person companionship is also available where KareTribe confirms availability.
No. It is non-clinical companionship, not therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, diagnosis, coaching, medical care, or emergency or crisis support.
Yes. KareTribe can help you understand form fields, prepare information, navigate official portals, and complete online steps with you. You remain responsible for declarations, authentication, and final submissions where required.
Yes. KareTribe can guide you through legitimate voter-related forms, appointment bookings, document uploads, and other online applications using official channels, without claiming government affiliation or guaranteeing approval.
No. You must enter and control your own OTPs, passwords, PINs, and authentication details. KareTribe never requests or permanently stores these secrets.
No. KareTribe charges only for assistance time. Any government portal, application, or service fee is separate and payable by the customer where applicable.
Doctor consultations are delivered separately by appropriately qualified doctors, and eligible nursing procedures are delivered separately by qualified nursing professionals. KareTribe Support Partners do not provide medical treatment or clinical procedures.
Support Partners do not diagnose, prescribe, interpret medical reports or prescriptions, perform clinical procedures, provide bathing or toilet assistance, undertake unsafe lifting or shifting, or deliver heavy physical caregiving. They do not replace a doctor, nurse, ambulance, hospital, or emergency service.
KareTribe is currently launching in Gurugram. As the service expands, availability will be confirmed according to the customer’s location, requested service, timing, and professional availability.
Contact the appropriate emergency service or hospital immediately. KareTribe does not provide ICU-level or emergency medical intervention and must not be used as a replacement for emergency care.
A KareTribe Support Partner assigned based on the service need, location, availability, and comfort of the family. We aim to assign someone respectful, patient, and suitable for the situation.
Every Support Partner goes through identity verification, document checks, interview screening, and KareTribe onboarding before being assigned.
For loved-one bookings, KareTribe can share visit updates through WhatsApp or call. Updates may include arrival, task completion, important observations, and a simple visit summary.
Comfort and dignity come first. If your parent or loved one is not comfortable, KareTribe will listen to the concern, speak with the assigned person, and arrange a replacement where appropriate.
We understand time matters, especially for hospital or appointment visits. If there is a delay, the family will be informed. Repeated delays will be reviewed internally and may affect future assignments.
This is not acceptable at KareTribe. We take such concerns seriously, review the issue, speak with everyone involved, and take action such as warning, retraining, replacement, pausing assignments, or removal from the platform.
Yes, you can request the same Support Partner. We will try to assign the same person again based on availability, location, timing, and suitability.
If there is a genuine comfort, behaviour, timing, or safety concern, KareTribe will try to arrange a replacement as soon as possible based on availability.
KareTribe is responsible for onboarding, assigning, guiding, and reviewing Support Partners. If any concern arises, the family can contact KareTribe and we will take ownership of reviewing and resolving the matter.
